October's Build a Kit at Stuff to Scrap is Full of All Things Sweet!! I have the privilege of working with three designers that have pieces to this awesome set!
The first is Queen Wild Scraps with Halloween Sweets. She has two 12x12 templates that come in psd, tif and png format. You can grab them here.
Next up is Designs by Snowlady with Got Candy?
She has an element pack that features 40 fun Halloween elements like Mr. and Mrs. Frankenstein, a ghost, werewolf, pumpkins and of course candy!
The paper pack features 20 colorful papers that are great for Halloween and Non Halloween photos
Finally she also has these fun Clip It Up Templates that are great for adding to your pages for fast scrapbooking.
Last but not least is Lovely Creations with Halloween Treats
Element pack features cupcakes, candy corn, caramel apples and more!
The alpha pack has lower and upper case as well as numbers. The uppercase letters have a fun clustering of sweet goodies
